Development and Implementation of SDGs-Based Research and Lecturer Publication Portal as a Tool to Measure KPI Achievement

Lecturer publication data in the faculty is generally manually recap and only compiled before the deadline for reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), making it difficult to monitor the contribution of research to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This applied research developed a website-based Lecturer Research and Publication Portal at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State University of Jakarta through the ADDIE Research and Development model. This article describes the development flow from static mockups to WordPress CMS, data entry flows and structures, as well as data presentation on four menus: Dashboard, Analytics Per Study Program, SDGs Contributions, and Publication Data. As a result, 12 of the 16 system components have been functional (75%) and the data entered appears automatically on all four menus. Lecturer self-input forms, automatic report downloads, bibliometric API integration, and automatic SDG classification are the next agenda
